KnockFiber LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("KnockFiber", "we", "us"), is an independent recruiting company. It operates knockfiber.com, a recruiting site for door-to-door fiber sales opportunities. We recruit fiber sales reps and place them with vetted partner sales organizations — currently RCLX, Origin Fiber (Fiber Focus, LLC) and Embarc, each an independent sales organization. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Application form: name, phone number, sales experience, and preferred city — provided by you when you apply.
• Attribution data: how you found us (e.g. campaign/UTM parameters, referring page) — collected automatically when you submit the form.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and does not include your form answers.

How we use it

• To contact you about the recruiting opportunity you applied for — by phone, text message (including automated text messages), or email. By submitting the application you agree that KnockFiber may call or text you, including automated texts, about recruiting opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
• To pass your application to the partner sales organization hiring in your market — currently RCLX, Origin Fiber (Fiber Focus, LLC) or Embarc — for screening and onboarding if you move forward. That partner may contact you.
• To measure which channels and campaigns bring in applicants.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties beyond the vetted partner sales organizations we recruit for — currently RCLX, Origin Fiber (Fiber Focus, LLC) and Embarc — for the recruiting purpose you applied for, and the service providers that run this site (hosting, analytics).
• We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts (reply HELP for help), or tell us by phone or email and we'll stop contacting you. To stop a partner sales organization's messages, reply STOP to that partner too.

Data retention & your rights

We keep application data only as long as needed for recruiting. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time — contact us below and we'll honor the request within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the right to know, access, and delete personal information; we honor those requests for everyone regardless of state.

Cookies

We use the cookies set by Google Analytics for traffic measurement, and one first-party cookie of our own, kf_attr, which remembers for 90 days how you first found this site (the campaign or referring page) so we can tell which channels bring in applicants. It holds no form answers. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the application form.
