KnockFiber ("we", "us") operates knockfiber.com, a recruiting site for door-to-door fiber sales opportunities. We recruit fiber sales reps and place them with vetted partner sales organizations — currently RCLX and Fiber Focus, each an independent sales organization. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Application form: name, phone number, sales experience, and preferred city — provided by you when you apply.
• Attribution data: how you found us (e.g. campaign/UTM parameters, referring page) — collected automatically when you submit the form.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and does not include your form answers.

How we use it

• To contact you about the sales rep opportunity you applied for — by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply; consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
• To pass your application to the partner sales organization hiring in your market — currently RCLX or Fiber Focus — for screening and onboarding if you move forward.
• To measure which channels and campaigns bring in applicants.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties beyond the vetted partner sales organizations we recruit for — currently RCLX and Fiber Focus — for the recruiting purpose you applied for, and the service providers that run this site (hosting, analytics).
• We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, or tell us by phone or email and we'll stop contacting you.

Data retention & your rights

We keep application data only as long as needed for recruiting. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time — contact us below and we'll honor the request within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the right to know, access, and delete personal information; we honor those requests for everyone regardless of state.

Cookies

We use only the cookies set by Google Analytics for traffic measurement. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the application form.
