About this role
Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Blitz Crew (Travel)
Recruited from Rathdrum, ID. This is a traveling blitz crew seat: the crew works where the partner sales organization has a market open — today that is Boise, ID. The work can include Rathdrum where partner-carrier fiber is built. Travel between markets is part of the role. KnockFiber is an independent recruiting company: it recruits for this seat, and you contract with the partner sales organization, not with KnockFiber.
Around Rathdrum: Rathdrum Mountain is city-owned land with free hiking and biking trails, a disc golf course and a trail built for visually impaired hikers. The nearest larger airport is Spokane International (GEG). City Park is the signature neighborhood park beside Rathdrum Creek, with a large pavilion, a gazebo, a playground and a pedestrian bridge. Downtown Main Street carries historical pedestals in flowerpots whose QR codes tell the stories of local people, places and events. The city park system includes a skate park, pickleball courts, dog parks and a children's garden.
What you'll do:
- Travel with a blitz crew to the market the partner sales organization has open, knock residential doors at addresses where the availability check confirms fiber service, and sign interested households up at the door.
What you need:
- No experience or degree required — the partner provides scripts and training; reliable transportation; able to travel and work away from home for a set window.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor. The partner sales organization sets each market and its window. Partners open blitz markets on a rolling basis; your KnockFiber recruiter matches you to the next crew.
Pay structure:
- Commission only, paid on completed installs. No base pay. Some partner organizations cover part of the travel or housing on some blitzes; it varies by trip, and KnockFiber does not set or promise it. Terms are put in writing before you go. Individual results vary; no earnings are guaranteed.
KnockFiber is the independent recruiting company for this role; you would contract with the partner sales organization for the market your crew works.
