About this role
Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Blitz Crew (Travel)
Recruited from Adrian, MI. This is a traveling blitz crew seat: the crew works where the partner sales organization has a market open — today that is Michigan. The work can include Adrian where partner-carrier fiber is built. Travel between markets is part of the role. KnockFiber is an independent recruiting company: it recruits for this seat, and you contract with the partner sales organization, not with KnockFiber.
About Adrian: Adrian College is a liberal arts college in the United Methodist tradition with both undergraduate and graduate programs. The nearest larger airport is Eugene F Kranz Toledo Express (TOL). The historic opera house in Adrian stages theater productions and offers performing arts education for local youth. What you'll do:
- Travel with a blitz crew to the market the partner sales organization has open, knock residential doors at addresses where the availability check confirms fiber service, and sign interested households up at the door.
What you need:
- No experience or degree required — the partner provides scripts and training; reliable transportation; able to travel and work away from home for a set window.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor. The partner sales organization sets each market and its window. Partners open blitz markets on a rolling basis; your KnockFiber recruiter matches you to the next crew.
Pay structure:
- Commission only, paid on completed installs. No base pay. Some partner organizations cover part of the travel or housing on some blitzes; it varies by trip, and KnockFiber does not set or promise it. Terms are put in writing before you go. Individual results vary; no earnings are guaranteed.
KnockFiber is the independent recruiting company for this role; you would contract with the partner sales organization for the market your crew works.
