About this role
Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Blitz Crew (Travel)
Recruited from Jennings, MO. This is a traveling blitz crew seat: the crew's market is assigned at placement and changes as partners open markets, so the work may start outside Jennings. The work can include Jennings where partner-carrier fiber is built. Travel between markets is part of the role. KnockFiber is an independent recruiting company: it recruits for this seat, and you contract with the partner sales organization, not with KnockFiber.
About Jennings: The Jennings State Office Building on Lucas and Hunt Road houses state government offices. The nearest larger airport is St Louis Lambert International (STL). The Jennings Community Center and Youth Center offers hall rentals, sports, fitness classes, youth services and a senior bus service. The city lists Koeneman Park, Lions Park and Sievers Park for rental through a park rental application. Jennings has its own public school district, and its schools are known as the Warriors.
What you'll do:
- Travel with a blitz crew to the market the partner sales organization has open, knock residential doors at addresses where the availability check confirms fiber service, and sign interested households up at the door.
What you need:
- No experience or degree required — the partner provides scripts and training; reliable transportation; able to travel and work away from home for a set window.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor. The partner sales organization sets each market and its window. Partners open blitz markets on a rolling basis; your KnockFiber recruiter matches you to the next crew.
Pay structure:
- Commission only, paid on completed installs. No base pay. Some partner organizations cover part of the travel or housing on some blitzes; it varies by trip, and KnockFiber does not set or promise it. Terms are put in writing before you go. Individual results vary; no earnings are guaranteed.
KnockFiber is the independent recruiting company for this role; you would contract with the partner sales organization for the market your crew works.
