If you're leading a D2D, solar, alarm, pest, or cable crew and you're looking at fiber, bring the whole team — we register and place every person with a partner sales organization, together where the turf supports it. Commission-only 1099, paid every two weeks on completed installs, or every Monday, depending on the partner sales organization for your market, no base pay.
