How Quantum Fiber gets sold door to door
Short answer: in the towns KnockFiber recruits for, Quantum Fiber is sold door to door by reps placed with a partner sales organization that badges, trains and pays them as 1099 contractors, commission only, on completed installs. KnockFiber recruits those reps in 107 towns across 10 states, each a town with its own page on Quantum Fiber’s site. Below: who you would work with, how the towns are chosen, and every Quantum Fiber town we recruit in, by state.

Quantum Fiber publishes town pages (quantumfiber.com/local/<state>/<town>), each headed “Get Fiber Internet in <Town>, <ST>.” A town is listed here only when Quantum Fiber has that page, and the town’s page on this site cites it, with the date it was read.
Those pages also say “Limited availability. Service and rate in select locations only.” That is the honest frame for the job: availability is settled address by address, and the partner sales organization assigns the streets a rep works.
Who you would be working with
The door-to-door roles KnockFiber fills are with partner sales organizations, not with the carrier. The partner recruits, onboards, trains, badges and pays the rep, and the rep sells the carrier's product at the door. You learn which partner pays you before you start, and the current partners are listed at the bottom of every page.
KnockFiber sits one layer earlier. We recruit fiber sales reps and place them with vetted partner sales organizations, and the partner handles credentials and pay from there. You tell us your city; we match you to whoever is actually hiring in it. More on the general shape of this: how carrier fiber D2D programs work →
What the job is, honestly
It's a 1099 independent-contractor role, commission only, paid weekly, every Monday, on completed installs — no base, no guaranteed paycheck. Individual results vary and no earnings are guaranteed. Full breakdown: how fiber sales pay works →
Fiber is an easier door than most: the product is straightforward to explain, and the conversation is short and honest — it doesn't need a hard close. Prior door-to-door experience — solar, alarms, pest, security — transfers directly. If you have none, that's workable too: start here →
