About this role
Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Blitz Crew (Travel)
Recruited from Town and Country, MO. This is a traveling blitz crew seat: the crew's market is assigned at placement and changes as partners open markets, so the work may start outside Town and Country. The work can include Town and Country where partner-carrier fiber is built. Travel between markets is part of the role. KnockFiber is an independent recruiting company: it recruits for this seat, and you contract with the partner sales organization, not with KnockFiber.
Around Town and Country: Drace Park holds historic log cabins, one of which was taken apart elsewhere and rebuilt in the park. The nearest larger airport is St Louis Lambert International (STL). The parks and recreation department keeps its office inside a city farm park. A life-size bronze sculpture of a horse and a dog stands at Town Square. Preservation Park offers a sand volleyball court and pavilion, beside school athletic fields that residents may use free when unreserved.
What you'll do:
- Travel with a blitz crew to the market the partner sales organization has open, knock residential doors at addresses where the availability check confirms fiber service, and sign interested households up at the door.
What you need:
- No experience or degree required — the partner provides scripts and training; reliable transportation; able to travel and work away from home for a set window.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor. The partner sales organization sets each market and its window. Partners open blitz markets on a rolling basis; your KnockFiber recruiter matches you to the next crew.
Pay structure:
- Commission only, paid on completed installs. No base pay. Some partner organizations cover part of the travel or housing on some blitzes; it varies by trip, and KnockFiber does not set or promise it. Terms are put in writing before you go. Individual results vary; no earnings are guaranteed.
KnockFiber is the independent recruiting company for this role; you would contract with the partner sales organization for the market your crew works.
