About this role
Lead a door-to-door crew selling T-Mobile fiber to homes in Castle Rock, Colorado and the surrounding Douglas County area, including The Meadows, Founders Village, Castle Pines, Crystal Valley, Plum Creek, Cobblestone Ranch, and Terrain.
How territory works here:
- In Castle Rock the opening is for teams. Territory isn't guaranteed — it depends partly on where T-Mobile fiber is built, and availability is per address.
What you'll do:
- Lead, recruit and ride along with your crew, and knock doors yourself.
What you need:
- A door-to-door crew you already run, or two or more people ready to knock with you; no degree required; reliable transportation.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor — you and your team set your own hours.
Pay structure:
