About this role
Lead a door-to-door crew selling T-Mobile fiber to homes in Kokomo, Indiana and the surrounding Howard County area, including North Kokomo, Southside, Center Township, Indian Heights, Greentown, Russiaville, and Cassville.
How territory works here:
- In Kokomo the opening is for teams. Territory isn't guaranteed — it depends partly on where T-Mobile fiber is built, and availability is per address.
What you'll do:
- Lead, recruit and ride along with your crew, and knock doors yourself.
What you need:
- A door-to-door crew you already run, or two or more people ready to knock with you; no degree required; reliable transportation.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor — you and your team set your own hours.
Pay structure:
