Lead a door-to-door crew selling T-Mobile fiber to homes in New York, New York and the surrounding New York metro (outer boroughs + Long Island) area, including Staten Island, Queens, Long Island, Yonkers, New Rochelle, and the Bronx.

What other fiber is already in New York City?
Two incumbents publish fiber claims of their own. Verizon says its Fios fiber is widely available in all five boroughs, with coverage varying by building and street; on Staten Island, it says, coverage is strongest on the North Shore around St. George and New Brighton. Optimum's July 2026 availability guide lists the Bronx, select Brooklyn neighborhoods and Long Island among its fiber markets. Both claims were on the companies' own sites in September 2026. Expect many outer-borough households to already have a fiber option, so ask what a home has now before you pitch.
Where are the single-family streets in New York City?
Mostly on Staten Island and in Queens. Census survey data (ACS 2019-2023) show 34.5 percent of Staten Island's housing units are detached single-family homes and another 25.6 percent are attached houses, with 68 percent owner-occupied; in Queens 19 percent are detached and 45 percent are owner-occupied. The Bronx, at 6.5 percent detached, and Brooklyn, at 4.8 percent, are dominated by multi-unit buildings, and Manhattan is almost entirely apartments. Long Island, Yonkers and New Rochelle are outside the city limits. Which streets are worth knocking depends on the serviceable address list, not the housing map.
