About this role
Lead a door-to-door crew selling T-Mobile fiber to homes in Vancouver, Washington and the surrounding Portland metro (Clark County, WA) area, including Esther Short and the Waterfront, Uptown Village and Hough, Cascade Park, Fisher's Landing, Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, and Orchards.
How territory works here:
- In Vancouver the opening is for teams. Territory isn't guaranteed — it depends partly on where T-Mobile fiber is built, and availability is per address.
What you'll do:
- Lead, recruit and ride along with your crew, and knock doors yourself.
What you need:
- A door-to-door crew you already run, or two or more people ready to knock with you; no degree required; reliable transportation.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor — you and your team set your own hours.
Pay structure:
- Commission only, paid every two weeks on completed installs. Every member of your team, you included, is placed on their own commission; team override terms, if any, are set by the partner sales organization. No base pay. Individual results vary; no earnings are guaranteed.
