About this role
Lead a door-to-door crew selling T-Mobile fiber to homes in West Palm Beach, Florida and the surrounding West Palm Beach area area, including Wellington, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Royal Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens, Westlake, and Loxahatchee.
How territory works here:
- In West Palm Beach the opening is for teams. Territory isn't guaranteed — it depends partly on where T-Mobile fiber is built, and availability is per address.
What you'll do:
- Lead, recruit and ride along with your crew, and knock doors yourself.
What you need:
- A door-to-door crew you already run, or two or more people ready to knock with you; no degree required; reliable transportation.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor — you and your team set your own hours.
Pay structure:
- Commission only, paid every two weeks on completed installs. Every member of your team, you included, is placed on their own commission; team override terms, if any, are set by the partner sales organization. No base pay. Individual results vary; no earnings are guaranteed.
