About this role
Lead a door-to-door crew selling T-Mobile fiber to homes in Kenosha, Wisconsin and the surrounding Kenosha (between Milwaukee and Chicago) area, including Downtown and HarborPark, Uptown, Lincoln Park, Forest Park, Allendale, and west of I-94.
How territory works here:
- In Kenosha the opening is for teams. Territory isn't guaranteed — it depends partly on where T-Mobile fiber is built, and availability is per address.
What you'll do:
- Lead, recruit and ride along with your crew, and knock doors yourself.
What you need:
- A door-to-door crew you already run, or two or more people ready to knock with you; no degree required; reliable transportation.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor — you and your team set your own hours.
Pay structure:
- Commission only, paid every two weeks on completed installs. Every member of your team, you included, is placed on their own commission; team override terms, if any, are set by the partner sales organization. No base pay. Individual results vary; no earnings are guaranteed.
