ACS 2020–2024 estimates show 76.2% of Fishers homes are detached houses and 21.1% were built in 2010–2019, so a route here would run through newer subdivisions more than old street grids. The county tourism site places the Nickel Plate District in downtown Fishers and the Fishers District east of I-69, with Geist Waterfront Park among the city's parks. Each address is checked individually.
The 2020 Census counted 98,977 people in Fishers; the Census Bureau's 2024 estimate is 103,986 on about 36.2 square miles of land in Hamilton County. Conner Prairie's own site counts 1,046 acres, calls itself Indiana's first Smithsonian affiliate and lists a Fishers address on Allisonville Road. The county tourism site lists the Fishers Event Center in the Fishers District. ACS 2020–2024 estimates count 38,859 housing units, 76.2% of them detached houses, with owners in 76.2% of occupied homes.
