How AT&T Fiber gets sold door to door
Short answer: KnockFiber recruits from AT&T Fiber towns (492 towns across 22 states) for door-to-door blitz crews: crews that travel to a market as it opens, placed with a partner sales organization as 1099 contractors, commission only. Each town is one where AT&T’s own fiber page says AT&T Fiber is available in parts of it, which is why the market matters. Below: who you would work with, how the towns are chosen, and every town we recruit from, by state.

Apply for a blitz crew →Every town here comes from AT&T’s own fiber city page
AT&T publishes a fiber page for each city it lists (att.com/local/fiber/<state>/<city>), and each reads “AT&T Fiber is available in parts of <City>, <ST>.” A town is listed here only when that sentence is on AT&T’s own page, and the town’s page on this site cites it, with the date it was read. A town that appears only on AT&T’s general internet pages, and not on its fiber pages, is not listed.
The words that matter are “in parts of.” AT&T does not say which streets, so availability is settled address by address, and the partner sales organization assigns the streets a rep works.
Who you would be working with
The door-to-door roles KnockFiber fills are with partner sales organizations, not with the carrier. For the AT&T towns on this page, KnockFiber recruits from the town for blitz crews: crews that travel to a market as it opens, work it for a set window set by the partner sales organization with that market, then move on. That partner recruits, onboards, trains, badges and pays the crew, and the crew sells the carrier's product at the door. You learn which partner pays you before you start, and the current partners are listed at the bottom of every page.
KnockFiber sits one layer earlier. We are an independent recruiting company: we recruit blitz reps and crews and place them with vetted partner sales organizations. Which market your crew works, and for how long, is set by the partner; it can include your own town and the surrounding area, and crews travel to others as markets open. Some partner organizations cover part of the travel or housing on some blitzes; it varies by trip, and KnockFiber does not set or promise it. Terms are put in writing before you go. What the job is, honestly
It's a 1099 independent-contractor role, commission only, paid on completed installs, on the partner sales organization's schedule — no base, no guaranteed paycheck. Individual results vary and no earnings are guaranteed. Full breakdown: how fiber sales pay works →
Fiber is an easier door than most: the product is straightforward to explain, and the conversation is short and honest — it doesn't need a hard close. Prior door-to-door experience — solar, alarms, pest, security — transfers directly. If you have none, that's workable too: start here →
