Seagoville's 5,692 housing units are 77.5% detached houses and 9.9% mobile homes in ACS 2020-2024 estimates, over 18.8 square miles of land. The 2000s (26.7%) are the biggest building decade, ahead of the 2010s (16.8%) and the 1950s (13.5%), so a route would pair newer subdivisions with older blocks. Seagoville's 2020 Census count was 18,446 and the Census Bureau's 2024 estimate is 20,124, over about 18.8 square miles of land; all but an estimated 33 of those 2024 residents live in the Dallas County part, the rest in Kaufman County. Its fiscal 2024 financial report prints a top-ten employer table supplied by the Seagoville Economic Development Corporation: O'Reilly Auto Parts (562 employees) and Walmart (440) lead it, and the Federal Correctional Institution (98) is also listed. Of the 2020 total, 47.5% were Hispanic or Latino. ACS 2020-2024 estimates put the housing stock at 5,692 units.

A blitz crew travels to a market that has just opened, works it for a set window, then moves on. Blitz crews work the markets partner sales organizations open, which can include Seagoville and the surrounding area, and travel to others as they open.
What you'll do:
- Travel with a blitz crew to the market the partner sales organization has open, knock residential doors at addresses where the availability check confirms fiber service, and sign interested households up at the door.
What you need:
