Trophy Club's annual report describes a town of about four square miles that was founded in 1985 as a master-planned community. ACS 2020–2024 estimates show 92.8% of housing units as detached houses and owners in 88.2% of occupied homes, so a route would run almost entirely through single-family blocks; the town's parks pages place Harmony Park on its east side and Trophy Club Park on Grapevine Lake, and the report names Highway 114 as its corridor.
The 2020 Census recorded 13,688 residents in Trophy Club; a Census Bureau estimate for 2024 gives 13,704 (Denton County 13,026, Tarrant County 678) on 4.0 square miles of land. The town's report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025 lists Northwest Independent School District first among principal employers at 393 employees, ahead of Baylor Medical Center at Trophy Club (230) and Trophy Club Country Club (205). ACS 2020–2024 estimates 4,876 housing units, 92.8% of them detached houses.

About this role
Hiring from Trophy Club, Texas and the surrounding Denton and Tarrant counties, on the Highway 114 corridor area, including Harmony Park, Independence Park, Trophy Club Park, Freedom Dog Park, and Trophy Club Country Club, for door-to-door fiber sales blitz crews. A blitz crew travels to a market that has just opened, works it for a set window, then moves on. Blitz crews work the markets partner sales organizations open, which can include Trophy Club and the surrounding area, and travel to others as they open.
What you'll do:
- Travel with a blitz crew to the market the partner sales organization has open, knock residential doors at addresses where the availability check confirms fiber service, and sign interested households up at the door.
What you need:
- No experience or degree required — the partner provides scripts and training; reliable transportation; able to travel and work away from home for a set window.
Schedule:
- 1099 independent contractor. The partner sales organization sets each market and its window. Partners open blitz markets on a rolling basis; your KnockFiber recruiter matches you to the next crew.
Pay structure:
- Commission only, paid on completed installs. No base pay. Some partner organizations cover part of the travel or housing on some blitzes; it varies by trip, and KnockFiber does not set or promise it. Terms are put in writing before you go. Individual results vary; no earnings are guaranteed.
KnockFiber is the independent recruiting company for this role; you would contract with the partner sales organization for the market your crew works.
